All prices listed on this site include VAT at 20% where appropriate. Orders for countries outside the EU are processed with no VAT, as local Taxes will be applied on arrival. Note that HAL-13 are not liable for local taxes and these remain the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of shipping is not included and is calculated based on the weight of the product(s) you purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and most Debit Cards, as well as Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques, but retailers may contact us for direct bank transfers, should this be their preference to settle wholesale transactions.

Please be aware that some of our products may contain small pieces unsuitable for younger children. These pieces may constitute a choking hazard and we would ask all of our customers to take care with these products.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping is calculated according to the weight of the product(s) you order and is provided using Royal Mail services, or, in some situations, a private courier. You may select the quality of service you wish us to use at checkout. The tax rate applied to the order is based on the delivery address, as per distant selling regulations.

We generally dispatch orders on the next business day, but it may take up to 3 days to process the order is some circumstances. Should a longer time period be required to fulfil the order, we will notify you by email and you may then choose to cancel your order or keep the order in until all products are back in stock.

Payment Processing

Credit card numbers and any required security input made on this site are encrypted in the software when the order is placed, using 128-bit encryption. Those are only unencrypted after they reach the credit card clearance company, Braintree, a Paypal subsidiary. They are in no event held in clear text on this website, nor do HAL-13 ever acquire or see any such details.

Dispute Resolution

HAL-13 guarantees, to the best of our ability, that the product you receive will be complete and fit for it's intended use. If this is not the case, please contat us and we will attempt to rectify the situation.

If the solution offered is not agreeable then you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return it to us for a full refund. Customers will however be responsible for paying the return postage to us.

You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done up to 14 days from the day after the goods are received by you. In the event of cancellation you MUST notify us either by email or in writing using the contact details provided on this site.

In such circumstance you will be required to return the product in its original packaging, intact and in untampered condition. We will then refund the cost of the product within 30 days of notice of cancellation and after receipt of the unwanted item. Customers will be responsible for paying the return postage.

Note that Business to Business transactions do not enjoy the same rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or the EU's Consumer Rights Directive.

The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.

If you have a complaint you are encouraged to contact us via email using the Contact Us section or by phone using the contact number supplied there. Once received we will contact you promptly, usually within 48 hours, so that we can attempt to resolve your problem.

Should we are unable to resolve a dispute on a common accord, for whatever reason, you may wish to contact 'Alternative Dispute Resolution' service such as The Retail Ombudsman. Note that although they can make recommendations, their assessment of the situation is not legally binding on us.

HAL-13 are committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. Data collected by this site is used solely to:

  1. Take and complete customer orders
  2. Disclose information to third-parties solely for the purposes of goods delivery
  3. Administer and improve our website and service

In other words, the information collected, meaning data you enter whilst making an order or when entering details for any other purpose at this site, is used to process your order and to provide you with the best service possible. This may include sending you emails containing news and special offers through a dedicated mailing list, which you may opt out from at any point, if you joined it in error, or no longer wish to receive such information from us.

Furthermore, HAL-13 will not disclose buyers information to third parties, excluding the credit clearance company and the company delivering your package, at any time, now or in the future.

Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses and to store your details, if you select this option at checkout or during registration. The information we hold about you will be kept accurate and up-to-date and any previous details you may have provided us with in the past will be discarded .
